Customs duties and taxes are not included in the retail price for international orders. These fees will be collected at checkout to ensure smooth delivery to your home.
Free shipping within the US can take 1-3 business days.
Orders are dispatched on the same day if ordered on a weekday before 1 pm PST.
You'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order once it's dispatched. It may end up in your spam folder, so please be sure to check that as well.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by our courier partners. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location. We carefully pack each order, but Artifora is not responsible for any delays or damage during transit.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe and secure shipping address. Artifora is not liable for any stolen or missing parcels once delivered to the specified address.
Returns
You have 30 days to return items, but return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a full refund: unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all their original tags. Sale items are not eligible for return. Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for a full refund.
For purchases that came with a free gift, the free gift will also have to be returned in its original condition.

If you received a faulty item, please email us images of the item so we can resolve the issue.
If your returned item doesn’t meet our requirements, it will be sent back to you at an extra charge.
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer and can be processed via our return portal.
We don’t offer exchanges. If you wish to change the size, you can repurchase the item and return your original order according to our return conditions.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. However, if the item is returned because it was not accepted by the customer, a fee will be deducted from your return.
Placing an Order
Once your order is placed, we immediately begin processing it to ensure timely delivery. Because of this, we are unable to modify or cancel orders after they have been confirmed. Our clothes are handmade in Bali using sustainably-sourced materials. Our fabrication varies from 100% linen, 100% viscose, 100% Tencel. Three of our fabrics are globally certified eco-friendly. Visit Our Sustainability Efforts page for more details.
