Return & Refund Policy
At Artifora, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, if you need to return an item, our refund policy outlines the steps and conditions for a smooth return process.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund. Please ensure that all returned items meet our eligibility criteria.
We will perform quality inspection on all returned items. If the item does not pass, a refund will not be issued
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed: All items must be in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached and free from any signs of wear.
- Original packaging: Please return the items in their original packaging.
- Free gifts: If your purchase included a free gift, it must also be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Please note: Sale items are not eligible for return. Items purchased with a discount code can be returned for a full refund, provided they meet the conditions outlined above.
Responsibility of the Buyer: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Return Process: You can process your return via our return portal, where you’ll be guided through the steps to ship the item back to us.
Once received, we will promptly inspect the returned items. If all requirements for return are met, we will begin processing your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
If the returned item does not pass our quality inspection, a refund will not be issued to the customer. The customer has the option to have it shipped back to them at their expense.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately at contact@artiforaclothing.com with images of the defect. We will resolve the issue promptly, either by issuing a refund or sending a replacement.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original according to our return policy.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. If the item is returned because it was not accepted by the customer, a fee will be deducted from your refund to cover re-shipping costs.
